Marcela Ruiz grew up in Colombia and immigrated to the United States several years ago.  Marcela is an accomplished professional in Colombia and the United States and currently serves as the Business Director for Compass Immigration Legal Services and owner of Alliance Global Mobility Consultants.

 

In this capacity she manages a team of support staff and coordinates with attorneys to ensure all clients have a wonderful experience. 

 

Outside of the office Marcela enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

• 1993-2019 Served as a supervisor for several International Companies on multimillion-dollar projects. From 2009-2019 exclusively at Nuclear, coal-fired, and gas-fired power plants. 

 

• 2012-2021 Worked part-time as an independent immigration paralegal.

 

• 2021-2022 Worked as a paralegal for Compass Immigration

 

• 2023 Partner in Alliance Global Mobility Consultants. Completing Accredited Representative classes.

Vinoji is a knowledgeable immigration consultant that provides customers with informed advice on acquiring immigrant visas and permanent residency in the United States, Canada and Australia. She works directly with clients to develop the best programs that match their unique needs and circumstances, with an emphasis on practical and efficient solutions, guaranteeing a seamless and compliant process.

 

In her previous position as a processing manager at an immigration firm, Vinoji handled a wide range of cases, including those involving permanent visas, family-based immigration, student visas, self-employed programs, intra-company transfers, and investor visas. She brings a wealth of experience to her current position. She also served on a committee at the Indian High School in Oman, where she was instrumental in planning cultural activities.

 

Vinoji is a native of Chennai and is fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. She has a, a Bsc. in computer science from the University of Madras, and an MBA from Alagappa University.
